Jingmommy’s [Postpartum Herbal Formula], developed by following traditional practices and carefully researching postpartum recovery, includes 30 days of herbal tonic soups. A new herbal prescription is rotated every two days (15 formulas total) to help moms replenish blood, tonify qi, eliminate dampness, dispel stagnation, and detoxify.
